Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
• Drafting and publication of vacancy announcements
• Conducting telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews with candidates, coordinating meetings
• Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls and in-person meetings)
• Reporting on the results of candidates evaluation, from the moment they apply until they get onboard
• Maintaining the candidates’ pool
• Planning the need for personnel, ensuring alternate staff at the request
• Reporting on closed vacancies

Requirements:
• Work experience as an in-house recruiter is an advantage
• Fluent Romanian and Russian speaker – mandatory
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely

• Consulting clients, carrying out commercial offers, organizing meetings
• Maintaining accounting documentation

Requirements:
• Education: Vocational secondary education, at least
• Fluent Romanian and Russian speaker – a mandatory condition
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, IT market knowledge is welcome
• Mandatory condition – the ability to sell, be energetic, desire to bring results, sales experience is welcome
• Having your own customer base will be an advantage
• Secure PC user (Microsoft Office), 1C

Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining all primary accounting information: issuing tax invoices, managing the cash register, banking activities, managing roadmaps, payroll, medical leave records
• Fulfil the instructions of the chief accountant

• Completed education
• At least 1 year of skilled work experience
• Proactive spirit, attentive, with a strong desire to develop professionally
